Founding pilots

Be one of the stores adash is built on.

We're onboarding a small founding cohort of independent grocery, convenience, and bodega stores. Not a beta list — a working partnership, one floor at a time.

What a founding pilot gets

The whole product, and a say in it.

01

The full product, free

Everything adash does — store map, location-aware counts, expiration intelligence, worker tasks — free for the length of the pilot. No card, no trial clock.

02

White-glove setup

We map your store with you, on your floor. Zones, products, dates — live by the end of the afternoon, with your workers trained on the count flow.

03

A direct line to the team

Founding stores talk to the people building the product. What you flag this week ships in the coming weeks — the roadmap bends around real floors.

04

Founding-store pricing, locked

When adash starts charging, founding pilots keep a permanently discounted rate. Early trust should pay off for as long as you run the product.

The ask

What we need from you.

A pilot only works if the store actually runs on it. Three commitments, none of them heavy:

  • Run it for real. Use adash for your daily counts and date checks for the pilot period — your real floor, not a side experiment.
  • Twenty minutes a week. One short call or walkthrough: what worked, what got in the way, what you reached for that wasn't there.
  • Let the results speak. Permission to use anonymized outcomes ("a founding store caught $X of expiring stock") — never your name or your data without explicit sign-off.
Who it's for

Built with operators, for operators.

The ideal founding pilot is an independent grocery, convenience, or bodega store where the owner is on the floor, perishables matter, and a phone is the only hardware anyone wants to carry. One location or three — if expiring stock is quietly costing you money every week, you're who we're building for.

Fifteen minutes. Bring one cooler or your whole back stock — we'll map it live and show you the loss you're not seeing yet.
